Using ChatGPT to make a Zoom background

For a book launch earlier today I wanted to use the book cover as a background. The image itself from the publisher’s website was far too small, so I asked ChatGPT to help:

This wasn’t quite right either, as you can see:

So I then asked an additional request, at which point it tied itself in knots trying multiple Python routes to resizing. Sensibly it advised me to just do it myself rather than trying to automate the process 😂

In essence it didn’t really save me any time. But it did open up the near term possibility that producing engagement materials could be undertaken entirely through the ChatGPT interface in natural language.
