Two digital sociology events @sociowarwick on Jan 13th

Along with Sam Martin, I’m organising two digital sociology events on January 13th as part of Deborah Lupton’s visit to the UK.

What is Digital Sociology? An evening lecture by Deborah Lupton with me and Emma Uprichard responding. It will take place in S0.21 from 5pm to 7pm. This is in the Social Sciences Building on the University of Warwick campus. If you’d like to come please register via Eventbrite.

Sociological Perspectives on Digital Health: An afternoon seminar with Deborah Lupton, Conor Farrington, Sam Martin and Maz Hardy. It will take place in A0.23. This is on the ground floor of the Social Sciences building – contrary to a previous communication which said Milburn House, sorry Warwick has two rooms with the same name! You can find it on the campus map here. The seminar will take place from 2pm to 4pm.

Feel free to contact mark@markcarrigan.net with any questions. There are travel directions to the university here.
