The next stage of the AI policy project, following the release of The AI Crisis in Higher Education, is to map out what the three agendas of the book (adaptation, integration and capacity building) look like in extremely concrete terms. To get me started I used the Opus 5.5 thread where I’ve been discussing the book to develop a brief that I gave to GPT 6.1 Sol to see what it could find. The result isn’t perfect but it’s useful enough I thought I should release it as a companion resource to the book. I might iterate this as I work through the evidence it’s compiled in greater detail:
